1. Who is responsible

2. Summary

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or embedded social media. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers. We only process personal data when you visit the site (technical server logs) and when you contact us.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider that processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical information that your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system.

We need this data to deliver the website securely and to detect and prevent attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.

4. Contact form and email

When you use our contact form, we process the details you enter: name or company, email address, the service you are interested in, your YouTube channel link and your message. The form is sent from our own server to our mailbox. When you email us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message.

We use this data only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and carry out our agreement. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

We delete enquiries that do not lead to an agreement when they are no longer needed, and no later than two years after our last contact. Data from client relationships is kept for as long as statutory retention periods require, generally six or ten years under German commercial and tax law.

5. Copyright and legal requests

When you send a copyright notice, counter-notice or other legal request, we process the information you provide to review and resolve the matter. Where necessary to resolve a dispute, we may share relevant details with the other party involved or with YouTube. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling rights matters correctly and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

6. Client data and YouTube

To provide our services, we share the necessary data about your channel, releases and rights with YouTube (Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited). This includes channel information, release metadata and rights ownership details. Google may process data in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses used by Google. Details are set out in your individual agreement with us.

7. Links to other websites

Our website links to YouTube and other external sites. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
• have your data deleted (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
